Cancelling of Orders
As long as your order has not shipped yet, this is not a problem and is at no cost to you. We often process orders for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation the more likely we are to be able to accommodate.
Returns can be facilitated within 10 days of receiving the item. Please contact us at email@example.com to begin the return process.
We will cover the shipping costs for the following cases:
- Products with manufacturing defects that make it impossible to use
- The product received is completely different from the order
The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs, if:
- The product does not meet the customer's expectations
- You want to change for another item or no longer want the item.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
Once your returned item is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and returned your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
If your order was not received within 45 days of fulfillment, please contact us and we will investigate prior to refund.
*No returns or exchanges will be facilitated 60 or more days past shipping date.
